  1. These Terms and Conditions of Use regulate the rules governing the use of the WEB/APP site “PISO FRANCO” (hereinafter, the WEB/APP), which can be downloaded from: the domain WWW.PISOFRANCO.GAL, the GOOGLE PLAY and APP STORE platforms. Downloading or using the WEB/APP confers the status of User on the person who does so and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this document and in the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice of the website/App. The User should read these conditions each time he/she accesses/uses the Website/App, as they may be modified in the future.
  2. The Website/App is the property of MERLOLAB, S.L.L. (hereinafter PISO FRANCO) with tax identification number B02741148.
  3. Only Users expressly authorised by PISO FRANCO may access the download and use of the APP. Users who do not have authorisation will not be able to access said content.
  4. The user is responsible for payment of all costs or expenses incurred as a result of downloading and using the PISO FRANCO Application, including any operator network or roaming charges. Please check with your service provider for details.
  5. Anonymous statistics: PISO FRANCO reserves the right to track your activity on the PISO FRANCO Application and to report it to our third-party statistical service providers. All of this is done anonymously.
  6. Protecting your personal information: We want to help you take all necessary steps to protect your privacy and information. See the Privacy Policy of PISO FRANCO and the privacy notices of the Application to learn what information we collect and the measures we take to protect your personal information.
  7. You may not alter or modify any part of the Website/App or the contents thereof, circumvent, disable or otherwise tamper with (or attempt to circumvent, disable or tamper with) any security or other program features, or use the Website/App or its contents for any commercial or advertising purpose. It is forbidden to use the website/app with the aim of damaging property, rights or interests of PISO FRANCO or third parties. It is also forbidden to make any other use that alters, damages or renders useless the networks, servers, equipment, products and software of PISO FRANCO or third parties.
  8. The APP and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, contents, graphic design, source code, etc.), as well as the brands and other distinctive signs are the property of PISO FRANCO or third parties from whom its exploitation rights have been acquired, and are protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. The User does not acquire any rights over them by the mere use of the Website/App. The User shall refrain from:
    1. Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available to third parties, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Website/App or its contents, except in the cases contemplated by law or expressly authorised by PISO FRANCO or by the holder of said rights.
    2. Reproduce or copy for private use the website/app or its contents, as well as communicate them publicly or make them available to third parties when this involves their reproduction.
    3. Extracting or reusing all or a substantial part of the contents of the website/app.
  9. Subject to the conditions set out in the previous section, PISO FRANCO grants the User access to the website and/or a licence to use the App, indefinitely and free of charge. Notwithstanding the latter, the products, content and/or services may not be free, being subject to their own particular conditions. Access to the website and/or licence is also granted on the same terms with respect to any updates and improvements that may be made to the same. Access to the website and to the user licences, as well as to the products, content and/or services may be altered, modified and/or deleted at any time by PISO FRANCO, unilaterally and without prior notice or notification to the User.
  10. It is up to the user, in any case, have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of malware or any other harmful computer element. PISO FRANCO shall not be liable for any damage caused to computer equipment during the use of the APP. Likewise, PISO FRANCO shall not be liable for any damage caused to Users when such damage is caused by faults or disconnections in telecommunications networks that interrupt the service.
  11. PISO FRANCO may, without any obligation to the user, modify these Terms of Use without notice at any time. If the User continues to use the application once any modification has been made to these Terms of Use, such continued use shall constitute acceptance by the User of such modifications. If you do not accept these Terms of Use or agree to be bound by them, you must not use the App or download or use any related software. Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We have no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store or transmit any content or other information maintained or transmitted by the App. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information or advice transmitted through the App. We may, at any time, limit or discontinue your use at our sole discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any related loss or damage.
  12. The User undertakes to make proper use of the Website/App, in accordance with the Law, with these Terms and Conditions of Use and with any other regulations and instructions that may be applicable. The User shall be liable to PISO FRANCO and to third parties for any damages that may be caused by breach of these obligations.
  13. By making available to the user this website / App PISO FRANCO wants to offer a quality service, using the utmost diligence in providing it, as well as in the technological means used, as well as in the technological means used. However, PISO FRANCO shall not be liable for the presence of viruses or other elements that may in any way damage the user’s computer system. We do not guarantee that the availability of the service will be continuous and uninterrupted. The USER assumes all liability arising from the use of our website/App. PISO FRANCO reserves the right to develop or update at any time the terms and conditions of use of this Web site / App so the user must read them periodically.
  14. The USER acknowledges that he/she has understood all the information regarding the conditions of use of our portal, and acknowledges that they are sufficient for the exclusion of error in them, and therefore accepts them fully and expressly.
  15. These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed entirely by Spanish law or, failing that, by European Union law.
